Good fairly central location. The lift service poor at times had to wait 15-20minutes for a lift to access room located on 29th floor. No real lounge area to enjoy drinks from the bar, only 8 uncomfortable bar stools

Thank you for being our guest. Although you liked our location, we are sorry for the wait times you experienced with our elevators. During our peak travel times, the elevators take a little longer due to higher demand, similar to rush hour traffic. When we first went to the room, it was so dusty that we could not use the coffee machine. I addressed the issue, was never resolved. Third day 3am was woken up by workers. Talking loudly and using the escalators. Again I addressed the issue. No one tried to put me at ease or give me some kind of compensation. Last night, 4th day. Overly loud guests talking outside the room for two hours. Manager only gave back 20% for one night inconvenience caused.

Great Hotel

Couldn’t have asked for a better Hotel, location was amazing for us. Within walking distance of everything. Staff were very helpful. Lifts were not a problem and we didn’t have to wait long for them. Had fantastic views from our room on 33rd floor. Only downside was towels were a bit small and hair towels were like tea towels, Overall had the best short break holiday to NY. Will def be going back
