I can recommend the hotel for the prime location in NYC. While the staff's lack of greetings was a bit unusual, overall, it offers a satisfying stay for your trip.

Top Lage und Personal lieb! Aber das Hotel braucht mal ne Auffrischung! Es hat 3 Lifte und doch wartet man ewigkeiten bis mal einer da ist. Wenn man in eile ist, hat man verloren! Zimmer ok, hellhörig, man hört alles was im gang passiert! Habe es nur wegen der Lage gebucht, weil das Hotel in das ich immer gehe leider schon ausgebucht war. Ich würde kein zweites mal dieses Hotel buchen!
