Four Night Stay

We chose this hotel as we are regular Hilton users, however this particular property dissapointed. I am of the opinion that the property has seen better days, and certainly the breakfast area and the bedrooms need updated, albeit we got a comfortable nights sleep. Based in the heart of Nee York, it is not a hotel to chose if you require peace and quiet.

Fantastic few day in NY with my mum

I cannot fault this hotel, both myself and my Mum had a wonderful trip and staying at The Hilton Times Square made it even more special. We were given a fantastic room on the 42nd floor with amazing views over the city, the room had everything we needed, super comfy queen sized beds, tea/coffee making facilities, in room safe, fridge with bottled water, plenty of storage space, and a immaculate bathroom with complementary toiletries. We had the buffet breakfast each morning which would suit all tastes, and the staff were so friendly and helpful. I would like to give a special mention to Juan Rodriguez as he made our trip even more memorable by being so kind and thoughtful. Thank you once again Hilton Times Square, hopefully we can return one day soon.

Perfect hotel for a perfect trip!

Location of this hotel is GREAT. On Times Square, 10 minute walk to Central Park, next door to Port Authority bus station.. the list is endless. Not noisy at all, we were on the 31st floor - only noise you could hear from the street was sirens from emergency vehicles, but we were so tired at the end of the day it never woke us. Wi-fi is only in the lobby which is a bit annoying as we had to go down to check in for our flight back etc, but it didn't ruin the trip at all and the connections really fast. Ordered room service one day and food was surprisingly amazing - no complaints at all for this hotel! We will definitely return for our next time to NYC!

Super family trip to New York

The rooms in the Hilton Time Square were huge by any standards and especially by New York standards. We had two adjoins rooms with great views. The rooms had great storage, were very clean and well equipped. I would definitely stay here again for the above reasons as well as it being very central and close to everything. Highly recommend!

Fantastic trip to New Yirk

The Hilton Times Square was in such a great location. The rooms were huge by New York standards. There were four of us sharing one room and there was plenty of room for all our suitcases to be stored along with the shopping we did while we were there. The buffet breakfast was excellent and pretty good value. Would definitely stay here again! Great holiday overall.

Fabulous birthday break

Had an unforgettable stay for my birthday. We love New York and this time it was made extra special thanks to the staff at the Hilton Times Square. My partner organised a helicopter ride with the concerge and asked if it was possible to arrange a driver for the afternoon too. Nothing is too much for the staff and they always do it with a smile. Can't wait to go back!

Great location, great service!

Had a great four days in New York and staying at the Hilton, in the crazy hub of Times Square was fab as it was close to the subway, shops and restaurants. Staff were friendly and when our shower wasn't working properly, a team member in Guest Services (Collete, I think) was really helpful, courteous and sorted the problem out immediately by changing our room. The view from our room on the 39th floor was lovely, overlooking the Hudson. We were out and about a lot but the room was quiet, big and had a lovely big comfy bed to collapse in after a hard day of shopping and sight-seeing!
