Close to Central Park and subway. No bar or food at the hotel and have to pay a silly facilities fee for a place with no facilities only Wi-fi and a gym but people come to New York to tour around not use a gym

Only good thing is its close to central park. The rooms are small. The pictures on the website show a decent bathroom but its false advertising. The reception is always dark probably to hide the dirt. The girl who checked us in was rude and aggressive. Best thing about this hotel was checking out early. But no refund as we paid in full before the trip, we thought but then theres a resort fee which was extra. It is scandalous as it is not a resort and no leisure facilities in the hotel. Didnt have any meal in the hotel so cant review food.

Lovely hotel near Central Park

The hotel was situated very close to Central Park. The only flaw with the hotel was the bathroom size with the only issue being how close the toilet was to the wall it was facing and the prices for food and drink but this was to be expected at a hotel in New York. I would stay again but maybe pick a room with a bigger bathroom.
