Check in was fine,I had paid for a superior room with a queen bed and a city View,the room I was given was disgraceful,the floor was uneven ,the wallpaper was hanging off the walls and the worst part was the windows were sealed badly with black pvc tape which meant the draft from the window was unbearable and I was given a portable heater to combat how cold the room was,I was told I couldn’t be moved to another room there and then as all rooms were occupied but I would have to stay in the room and be moved the next day and to compensate me they would waive 1 nights resort fee,this gesture is in my opinion not good enough. The next room I was given was better although the heating system was extremely loud which meant there was no heating on when we were in the room because of the noise coming from it ,bearing in mind that the temperature was -11 outside. The ONLY good point about this hotel is the location.

OYO Times Square is a good solution if you like a clean, functional hotel close to Times Square. The staff is very nice, the room was clean. The only downside is, that there are only two elevators for the whole hotel. Means, that you might have to wait sometimes.
