Check in was fine,I had paid for a superior room with a queen bed and a city View,the room I was given was disgraceful,the floor was uneven ,the wallpaper was hanging off the walls and the worst part was the windows were sealed badly with black pvc tape which meant the draft from the window was unbearable and I was given a portable heater to combat how cold the room was,I was told I couldn’t be moved to another room there and then as all rooms were occupied but I would have to stay in the room and be moved the next day and to compensate me they would waive 1 nights resort fee,this gesture is in my opinion not good enough. The next room I was given was better although the heating system was extremely loud which meant there was no heating on when we were in the room because of the noise coming from it ,bearing in mind that the temperature was -11 outside. The ONLY good point about this hotel is the location.

The staff were all very friendly and helpful. Some of the room are in desperate need of an upgrade. Sometimes it took us 10 minutes to get into our room as the lock would not work. The lift were out of services at times and when they operational they were exceedingly slow ☹️

Excellent location. My room was to the side of the property looking over a court yard. Dark small room on entering but size didn't matter as i was staying on my own and the darkness was brilliant in the morning for a sleep in 😊 Comfie beds and pillows, lovely warm room with a nice powerful shower.... what more could a girl want!!

Staff in hotel were excellent and the location was fab but the hotel itself was noisy ( but to be fair you are in the heart of Times Square). Quite a lot of building work going on both sides of the hotel, and the builders start early. The cleaning of the rooms is not the best, they are also very dark and really small but most central hotels are small. Overall it’s an ok place for how long you spend in it.

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und die Lobby war sehr schön und sauber. Leider war das Zimmer in einem sehr alten Zustand. Das heisst, der Wasserhahn am Waschbecken sowie eine Lampe in der Decke war defekt. Wir konnten das Zimmer mit der Zimmerkarte jeweils erst nach einigen Versuchen öffnen und die Steckdosen funktionierten auch nur teilweise da sie sehr locker angebracht waren. Das Badezimmer war sehr klein und der Teppichboden hatte Flecken. Das Bett war jedoch sauber. Die Klimaanlage war sehr laut. Der Standort des Hotels lag perfekt. Einige Meter vom Times square entfernt.
