Sehr nettes Personal. Haben uns super unterstützt bei der Buchung und Verschiebung des Transfers zum Flughafen. Sicheres und sauberes Hotel. Das Zimmer mit King Size Bett ist ok für New Yorker Verhältnisse. Es hatte einen Schrank, Kaffeemaschine, Kühlschrank und das Bad war sehr schön und sauber. Lage nicht optimal, da die Drogenszene doch sichtbar grösser wurde. Wir wurden aber nie belästigt oder so. Und das Hotel macht einen super Job in Sachen Sicherheit und Freundlichkeit.

Le personnel de l accueil est désagréable . Une alarme intempestive a sonné toute la première journée. Pas de cookie donné a l arrivée comme prévue. Aucun sourire de l accueil. Les clés ont été désactivés en cours de sejours. Le hall est minuscule. Mieux aulleurs pour le meme prix.

Tolle Lage, Madison Square Garden und Macy’s gleich um die Ecke. Hotelzimmer sind sauber und praktisch, einfach etwas klein, aber für einen City Trip perfekt.
