There were several staff on the floor for security - all but one are nice, the rest are either lazy or indifferent. There are less staff ar the reception, often creating a bottleneck for check-ins - two of them are nice and professional (the guys wearing eyeglasses and the curly redhead- the other reception desks are unfriendly or lazy. This is not. 4 star hotel, it’s a tourist trap - for the price you’re paying, you get a 2-star experience marketed with pics to look modern and chic. Nothing is chic here- the elevators stink like the subway, the detailing of the hallways and the rooms are very rundown. It’s in the middle of Times Square chaos, where the homeless, addicts and crazies abound outside. Book elsewhere if you can.

Nous n'étions pas au Row Hotel, nous avons été relogé au Stewart Hotel. Personne là-bas n'était au courant de notre arrivée, J'ai été chargé à double et attends toujours le remboursement de 3'500.- Hôtel bien placé mais pas du même standing que ma réservation initiale, très déçu de mon expérience!!!

Leider absolut Schmutzig! Mussten 3 mal das Zimmer wechseln, weil es überall dreckig war! Zustand vom Zimmer war sehr ranzig und sehr benutzt. Personal ziemlich unfreundlich. Lage war super, trotzdem nie wieder!

Zuerst haben wir ein sehr lautes Zimmer bekommen. Die Mitarbeiterin am Desk konnte uns unkompliziert ein tolles ruhiges Zimmer geben. Super Lage. Das Hotel ist sehr gross. Es gibt zum Teil lange Wartezeiten am Lift.

Unterkunft ist sauber, ist nahe am Time Square,mit der U-Bahn gut erreichbar.Die Zimmergrösse ist wie in jedem anderen NYC Hotel in etwa gleich. Ich werde das Hotel wieder wählen bei meiner nächsten Reise nach NYC.
