Pros: location; Gilligans. Cons: amenities, no drink making facilities in room, coffee machines on each floor are like going back 30 years for a coffee from a leisure centre, housekeeping service- didn’t clean our room one day even though we were out all day. Complained to be advised ‘we have 300+ rooms to get through each day’ & that they’d send someone up- that never happened. Had to regularly walk past takeaways from other rooms that were left in the corridor for hours. Dated decor. No instructions in room. Toilet water level filled to the brim.

Super Hotel ... (Fast) alle Mitarbeitenden auf Topniveau. Einzig in der Bar/im Restaurant gibt es einzelne, die sich anscheinend für etwas besseres halten und nicht wirklich grosse Lust haben, die Gäste freundlich zu bedienen. Dass die Leute ihre Hunde mitbringen, ist ja sehr okay. Wir haben selbst auch welche. Aber dass die dann mit auf den Möbel sitzen - das ist schon eher gewöhnungsbedürftig.
