nice hotel, only a few steps to empire, 5th avenue, close to times square, clean, very quiet, breakfast included. We have been there many times.

Nice hotel close to Times Square and Macy's.

Pros: Great location. Very clean. Helpful receptionists.
Cons: Fitness center could have more machines.
Location: Times Square, Macy's, Broadway are all nearby.
Queen size beds were very comfortable.. Hot breakfast was delicious! Good location.

Wir waren für vier Tage in diesem Hotel. Ich kann nur sagen naja. Es war nicht besonders sauber. Im Flur hat es nach nassem Hund gerochen weil die Klimaanlage dort nicht lief. Das war sehr eklig, aber leider nicht das erste Mal dass wir das in einem Hotel erlebt haben. Das Zimmer war nicht gerade so sehr sauber, wie wir uns das gewünscht hätten. Der Frühstücksraum war viel zu klein für so viele Leute. Zudem sehr schmuddelig dort. Die Angestellten in diesem Bereich haben sich nicht sonderlich bemüht. Die meiste Zeit standen sie da und haben gequatscht. Unser Fazit, in diesem Hotel würden wir nicht mehr übernachten. Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis stimmt hier leider gar nicht. Das einzigste positive war unser Zimmer im 14. Stock mit Blick auf das Empire State Building
