The Hotel staff are outstanding and a real credit to the Roger Smith family what stands out at this hotel compared to others where i have stayed in NYC is the way you are treated at check out you are made to feel like its your first day as opposed to your last day left luggage is no problem plus they can also sort out a car for the airport at a reasonable rate.

Gute gelegenes Hotel, aber recht hellhörig. Sauberkeit ist ja in den USA reine Interpretationssache. Wir hatten die Junior-Suite im 8. Stock. Es hätte einen Stadtblick geben sollen, was aber im 8. Stock nicht möglich ist. Super ist die Nespresso-Maschine im Zimmer. Neben der Rezeption stehen immer Müsli und Joghurts die man sich nach Bedarfs nimmt. Wir fanden es ok, aber jetzt nicht „hervorragend“ wie es wohl andere fanden...
