Very nice hotel. Location is very good. But hotels is for sleeping well as well and I didn’t sleep properly eventhough I was so tired after attending a party at the ballroom. Pillows are so hard and high for me. I had to try and use cussions from sofa. So overall I couldn’t guve a five star due to this.

This is a traditional seaside hotel in an excellent location on the promenade. The hotel in places is quite dated (furnishings, decoration, carpets). The twin room we had was spacious and had a large bathroom with both bath and shower. Breakfast was disappointing as the produce used was of poor quality and badly cooked. We had to ask for the bacon to be cooked again as it was nearly raw. It is a buffet breakfast so everything is precooked including eggs. Overall the room rates are good value but the breakfast is not worth buying.

The hotel as a great location, very close to the beach. The room was not very clean, lots of hair on bedding, rusty taps in bathroom; but overall good sized room. The checkin in/out felt very rushed, with not much explanation about things. We were not told if parking needed to be paid, or access to swimming pool. Staff forgot to book us in for breakfast when agreed previously. Overall a good experience considering the last minute deal we had, however after staying I think the price was slightly high (£140 for 2 nights). Most of the staff was lovely though and the area is amazing, great beach for walks and close to lots of amenities!

The bed was very comfortable, however woken at 6am as the guests before us had arranged a wake up call then again at 6.20 am. So ensure you cancel any wake up calls

Fantastic Hotel...

Pros: Everything
Cons: Bar prices were a bit expensive.
Location: Fantastic restaurants nearby "Fat Buddha"
This is a great hotel with fantastic facilities, friendly staff, comfortable rooms and excellent beds.

What a joy pleasant and friendly staff

Had a most pleasant stay and visited the sites around where my mother was from. Hotel was clean and the staff most helpful. My only problem was the break was not long enough. But I would recommend this hotel to all worth every penny.
