Very nice beds & bathrooms were excellent. Check in was easy & staff v friendly Shame it doesn’t have parking tho.

The room was clean, the food was delicious, the staff were friendly, however, the temperature of the room and building made the stay particularly uncomfortable. The air conditioning was on constantly, making the room freezing at night. After trying to turn it off ourselves, we contacted reception, who turned it off via the BMS and programmed the heating for us. This then made the room too hot in the morning and we were unable to open the window. We couldn't turn the temperature down and the rest of the building was of a similar, uncomfortable heat. It was a real shame, as the rest of our stay was more than we expected.
