Property was very well maintained, clean and well run. Staff was always very friendly and helpful. Michael, especially one morning rocked the busy breakfast. It was amazing to watch how much skill he’s got about his job. My room was great too. Clean, comfortable, spacious. Hotel is in very good location, close to train station and to the city centre and even to the river and those amazing bridges. I’ve had very nice stay in the area and hotel and it’s staff made it that much more special. Thank you

Power sockets not working so couldn’t charge my phone or laptop. Tv had no signal so unable to watch. Hardly any soap for hand wash. Just poor. Reception staff were helpful though in trying to find somewhere to charge my phone
