A good holiday inn

Excellent hotel! Staff were very lovely!

I was very surprised with how lovely the hotel was! The staff were amazing, so polite, very impressed with the hotel! Such a lovely stay, thank you so much

Great road links and dog friendly

Really happy with the location, we didn't eat in the hotel as there was a Toby carvery restaurant next door. Good selection and quality breakfast. Ample parking, comfortable room and dog friendly

Visiting family in sunderland

Travelling through the night as we were so tired we missed the breakfast ,I phoned reception to see if we could have something brought to room the lady on recepton was very helpful also chambermaids were first class room was spotless.first time at your hotel would definitely go back thank you very much for a lovely time

Quality hotel.

Used hotel as base for Great North Run. V pleased with service and staff, location good for access to main road networks. All in all pleasant stay.
