Misleading

Pros: Nothing
Cons: Everything
Location: Handy for airport.
We booked an executive room,with executive lounge access,expecting that extra hotel experience, what we got was a cramped room,the lounge was a cold,uninviting,no beverages of any kind,and a few mix match seating.our in room tv only played radio,regardless of which button was pressed. I'm sorry but on this occassion our stay didn't reach a satisfactory standard.

Very nice hotel very helpful staff

A lovely experience to stay at this most welcoming hotel, so far away from home. Very comfy bed and nice bathroom facilities. I would definitely stay again. I especially liked the executive service free taxi to the airport and the fact that there is a swimming pool for guests to use.

Terrible service

Dinner was a farce. Service was terrible. We were forgotten and gave up on dessert ordered 40 minutes previously. No apology from the hotel. Won't use novotel gain.

Lovely hotel

Stayed here one night as close to airport, had a swim and a sauna which was lovely. Rooms clean and comfortable , would stay again.

Low cost but blood stains on towel should have been spotted by cleaners

Hotel was really low cost for what we got but we found a large blood stain down a towel. They did swap this within 10 mins of calling reception. There was also what looked like blood on the carpet of our room. On checkout the receptionist didn't ask how our stay was. Itthought this was a standard thing to ask on check out. The pool was nice but small so glad it was quiet. Room was large. Didn't try breakfast as it was almost £14 per person!

Another regular stay

I've had the pleasure of staying at this hotel for the last few weeks and I am very pleased with the overall quality of this hotel. The rooms are great, the facilities including the gym, sauna and pool are great and the restaurant food (and breakfasts) all 1st rate. All in all a great choice of hotel
