This was a junior suite for 3 adults.. Was definetly not suitable for 3, the king size bed was fab, but the small pull out sofa was tiny, when pulled out there was no room at all in adjoining room, the kitchen area was nice,had everything you needed

Rooms were very nice, exactly as in the pictures. There is also a complimentary tea/coffee/hot chocolate machine in the lobby and ice machine on the top floor

Towels were dirty and not clean. Mattress was worst i’ve slept on .. half was hard then a slant and the other half was soft! Not good and sore back in the morning!! Hot choc downstairs ran out and didn’t have any to replace in machine. Upgraded to junior suite with sofabed - no sofabed!!

Lovely hotel in a great location. Booked a king suite, which was a little less spacious than I expected with it not being open plan. The main issue is that room 118 is situated right behind the 2 elevator shafts and we were subjected to a long mechanical screech every time someone used the lifts. Very annoying and spoilt what was supposed to be a relaxing evening and morning.
