Lovely modern rooms and great bar, restaurant and leisure facilities. Only a couple of small faults, our room wasn’t ready despite arriving at 7pm when check in was open from 3pm and it hasn’t been properly cleared as there was open crisps under the bed and a lost dummy

Another excellent overnight stay. Room 239) very clean and comfortable. Staff on hand to assist with check in and queries - all very helpful and friendly. Gym well equipped. Didn't dine st hotel this time. Only issue we had was noise of door in corridor banging everytime guests came through from adjacent corridor.

Great upper deck room

Stayed over Christmas 3 days and enjoyed a quiet upper deck room. Very spacious and clean. Staff service was excellent on greeting, cleaning, additional requests and for Christmas lunch. Only negative is that Starbucks wouldn't take pay from my Starbucks card, yet others at Village hotels do.
