This is a beautiful place to stay with a real welcoming couple. Spotlessly clean comfortable accommodation,unique in style with the most wonderful breakfast . Not to be missed. Didn't get the chance to use the sauna but I will be back.

Room 6, top floor, compact but good storage hanging and drawer, good bed, small shower. Some noise from traffic and late evening idiots. Excellent breakfast, better than some class hotels. Convenient location, bus, train, beaches. Very helpful and friendly host- Louise.

Well appointed guest house

Pros: It was clean, well appointed and the facilities were very good. The hosts Louisa and John were very friendly and helpful.
Cons: Nothing.
Location: Central to Newquay, although on major road and difficult to drop-off bags unless you go into one of the side streets close to the guesthouse.
Louisa and John were excellent hosts, and we're very helpful. They, in fact, went out on a limb to help with car parking as I wanted to leave my car in Newquay while I walked the coastal path. They arranged for me to park the car at Louisa's parents home which was very generous. The guest house is conveniently located to the centre of Newquay, and is very well appointed. I have no hesitation in recommending it to anyone.
