the staff in the dining room (breakfast) were superb, very friendly and chatty - a wonderful way to start the day. the front of house staff gave the impression that any contact was somehow distracting them from something far more important

Das Hotel liegt in Sichtweite der Fälle. Wir hatten ein Zimmer in der 31. Etage und somit einen perfekten Blick auf die Fälle. Der Service im Hotel war ausgezeichnet.
