Dear RR Thank you for sharing your experience with us, i am sorry to hear that your reception from front desk was not friendly or warm, this is not the standard of the Oakes hotel and will be addressed right away. We will pass along your feedback to both restaurants as well so that they may see how they did and were improvement is needed.
