Dear Sir! We are suprised to have a such negative feedback from you .I am sorry that your experience did not completely meet your expectations; please allow me to express my sincerest apologies, but because you already complained at the hotel, and we done our best to resolve the problems, the shampoo was remplaced, and the sofa cleaned and covered with the fresh linen, and we offered you discount of 40 %. and also we don't know, why you are insisting, that you paid 84 € per person, because, we refunded you the 202 €.
