Cher client, Nous vous remercions d'avoir pris le temps de partager votre ressenti suite à votre séjour dans notre établissement. Navré de voir que votre séjour ne vous ait pas convenu. Concernant les problèmes techniques en chambre, pourriez-vous revenir vers nous afin de nous indiquer dans quelle chambre le problème a été rencontré et ainsi pouvoir nous rapprocher du service concerné afin d'y effectuer des ajustements. Enfin en ce qui concerne les oranges, en effet nous avons eu une rupture d'oranges à jus (n'étant plus en saison des oranges) et celles livrées n'étaient pas du bon gabarit ce qui nous a obligés à arrêter la machine qui risquait la casse. Ceci est un imprévu et sommes navrés que cela ait eu une des conséquences sur votre séjour. Cependant nous vous informons que nos équipes sont à votre disposition 24h/24 afin de répondre aux demandes et réclamations alors n'hésitez pas à vous rapprocher d'eux pour tout problème rencontré et ainsi trouver une solution sur place afin de rendre votre séjour plus agréable. En dépit de ces désagréments, nous espérons avoir le plaisir de vous revoir lors d’un prochain passage à Nice. Cordialement.
