Dear customer, Thank you very much for taking the time to write a comment about the experience of your stay at the Villa Bougainville ! As you mentioned our hotel is ideally located at 500 meters from the train station and 15 minute's walk from the Place Masséna and the Promenade des Anglais. I do apologize that we did not manage to fully reach your expectations. Guest's satisfaction is our number one priority and we always do everything in our power to satisfy your needs. Our rooms size are standard with 15 meters square. The decoration and style of the hotel are inspired by the villa's former owner Louis Antoine de Bougainville. There many exotic touches in the rooms and common areas to remind his travels around the globe. Dear guest, Thank you very much for taking some of your time to leave us a comment about your experience at the Villa Bougainville. I am sorry to read that we did not manage to fully reach your expectations. The Villa Bougainville is melted in a Belle Époque building, former villa of the famous explorer Louis Antoine de Bougainville. We are a small boutique hotel and indeed we do not benefit of very large spaces. However we are looking to create an exotic and cosy atmosphere and maybe a big standardized hotel would more fit to your needs. I do also precise that the size of our rooms is indicated precisely in each of our booking website. I am surprised to read that you had some issue with the cleaning of your room as it is done daily by our team and check by our hoosekeeper. Did you share this issue with the front desk to have it checked in the shortest delay ? Eventually, we are multilingual and our team does speak : French, English, Italian, Spanish, Arabic and Russian. As not all German hotels do have a French speaker I am sorry but currently no one speak German. I hope that overall you enjoyed your stay in Nice and hope that we will have the opportunity to welcome you again and show you how we do perceive the Villa Bougainville. Best regards, Amandine ESTEVE
