Easy to get to and plenty of parking. The hotel is smart. I was disappointed with the general condition of my room. It was very tired looking, had a foist smell about it and the bathroom was in need of a refurb...the bath was quit horrible. I've stayed at this hotel before and my last room was lovely and fresh so I was disappointed with room 132. The staff are lovely and very helpful.

Nice hotel

Staff rude and abrupt at times.room very dated on ground floor compared to upstairs where other members of our party were staying.

Ok hotel room was dated, carpet was very dirty

Hotel was okay the front of housr great breakfast was nice and dining was nice too. Room was very dated and floor was very dirty, beds bits uncomfortable and the heating or air aircon didnt work,only one night stay so not to bad for that would have liked it to be cleaner

Good hotel close to University of East Anglia

Pros: The hotel was very close to the university (about a 5 minute drive).
Cons: Better tea/coffee facilities in room.
Location: We only stayed overnight so didn't get to look at local area/things to do.
We stayed here overnight after dropping our daughter off at university. The room was clean and the bed very comfortable. The air conditioning was also appreciated. Unfortunately during our stay there was an awful smell of tobacco smoke in our bathroom, presumably coming through the ventilation system, so much so that at times it was nauseating. The other downside to the room was that it didn't contain a safe and the tea/coffee facilities were very basic with no complimentary biscuits. Breakfast was good although the choice for anybody not wanting a cooked breakfast was rather limited compared to other hotels.
