Great location on the sea front, easy to find and nice size rooms. The hotel was let down by the food score, only 3 out 5 and this was realised at breakfast with butter with finger marks on it, milk left on tables etc. Room was excellent, but why have such awful hairdryers that are completely useless? I really am not going to steal a decent one, just dry my hair with it.

Ordered side dishes which never arrived room was overlooking enclosed car park and scaffolding and there was a continuous buzzing all night as with a boiler or generator nearby overall for what we paid not impressed

Lovely hotel in a great location but parking can be an issue as there are limited spaces and as I was a lone traveller I couldn't drop off my luggage. Other than than I cannot fault my short stay, breakfast was delicious and plentiful. Of note I do agree with another reviewer that the warm bottled tap water is a little pointless.but to clarify there are tea and coffee making facilities in the rooms.

lovely hotel close to the beach and town centre.

Pros: The staff were great, the breakfast was delicious.
Cons: The air conditioning could have done with being able to be lowered .
Location: We visited the great Orme and the little Orme both beautiful places to walk , also did Aber falls walk, Wales is a beautiful place
Lovely hotel and room but was very warm at night which made it hard to sleep

Lovely staff and room

We stayed in a family room for one night, in a room facing the street. Pros Staff were all very friendly and helpful Everything was very clean Drinks and toiletries in the room were high quality Comfy beds Breakfast was delicious and varied - staff got non-dairy milk for us Cons The windows are lovely original sashes, which unfortunately meant lots of noise, mostly from seagulls who sat on the ledge just outside!
