Dear Chris, Thank you for for sharing your experience about your recent stay at the Hilton Northampton. We appreciate all your feedback as this helps us to view the hotel from a guest perspective. Please accept my apologies for the disappointment with your room. We do have a maintenance programme in place to update the hotel including the guest bedrooms. We have started to improve our communal areas and have already redecorated and replaced the carpet in the lobby, bar, Business Court and Guest Suites. We are hopefully going to be able to start planning the guest room improvements ready for our next refurbishment shortly.
