The hotel room had been indequately cleaned. Moreover, when I began my stay, the carpet outside the bathroom was very wet.This did not dry and stayed like this throughout the duration of the stay. This is not an acceptable state to leave a hotel room in.

Good base for visiting Norwich

Smart hotel just outside the city centre by the football ground.

Great hotel

Just what you would expect. Great location to Norwich Riverside. Close to TGI Fridays, Nandos, Odeon cinema and a weatherspoons pub. Bar is modern, drinks are a little expensive but nothing to mad. All the staff were helpful and made the trip relaxing. Would defiantly recommend

Car Parking

wasn't aware before booking that there was a prking charge in fact the web site said there was parking on site but reference to charge

Brilliant stay

Stayed for two nights for football match. Brilliant stay just a small problem with breakfast on the second day - very busy and needed to queue which is acceptable but not enough staff to both relay tables and serve tea and coffee.

Nice clean and comfortable

The staff couldn't. Have been nicer. However I was a little bit disappointed to discover that we would be charged for parking each night ad I assumed this would be free. Also no wi-fi in rooms only cable internet which was again charged for. Free wi-fi in foyer though. Overall a nice hotel, comfy, lovely staff. Our room overlooked Darrow road football pitch. Unfortunately for my husband it was an away game:)
