Dear guest, thank you for taking the time to leave your review. I am happy to read that you found the hotel value for money and enjoyed the facilities of the room and found the staff nice. I am sorry to read that there was a problem with the noise of the doors closing. As these are all fire doors, unfortunately, this cannot always be helped. I am sorry to read about the sliding door to the bathroom, and will get this looked into. I hope you will consider staying with us again soon. Kind regards

Good afternoon, I am sorry that you found the room too hot. Unfortunately, we do not have air conditioning in the rooms, but we do provide fans to try to keep the temperature down. As you can appreciate, we are having a particular hot spell regarding the weather at the moment. I hope that you will consider staying with us again so that we can have another chance to provide you with a superior experience.
