Starting to show signs of wear and tear, rooms have frayed carpets and cracks in walls. Bathroom looks dated and room isn’t as clean as it could be. Beds were very comfy. Applause members receive a free drink with the room, however this is just one drink per 2 person room which I thought was odd. Also they pick and choose when to honour late checkout to applause members. Service at the front desk definitely needs worked on

It’s a very corporate hotel. It’s not a a warm, inviting hotel where you would like to spend the evening having a drink and a meal. We requested extra coffee and milk electronically as requested by the ‘Welcome email’ but never arrived. We arrived back at the hotel at 11:30pm from a birthday party to have a nightcap, to find out the bar closed at 11pm even though the bar area was quite busy. Breakfast was good. Overall I expected more for the price.

Food in restaurant is excellent but severely let down by the lack of waiting staff and clearing of tables We saw many guests complain about waiting times for food and drink orders - we prompted twice just to get our tap water!
