The hotel was clean and looked stylish. We attended a wedding and the service was good. The biggest negative point was the fact that I could not sleep on the bed and woke up with a backache. The bed has a mattress topper which is sectioned in to squares and was very lumpy so I did not get to sleep. Both my wife and I did not like the bed since we could not sleep. Because we arrived so late in our room after the wedding reception and we were told the hotel was fully booked when we called the hotel earlier there was no point at that time of night to ask for this to be fixed.

Amazingly friendly and helpful , staff even took the boys swimming towels after first day of gala so they were dry for the second day Close to Harvey Hadden Swim pool

Fantastic Hotel!

From the moment we arrived until the moment we left, the customer service of the staff was 10 out of 10. The hotel was clean, and very nice. Room was spacious and looked just like the pictures. Very impressed overall. Phillip the manager of the front desk was very helpful and friendly. Would defiently be staying here again!

Comfortable hotel with great staff

Pros: The staff; room was comfortable too.
Cons: We had no issues.
Location: On the outskirts of Nottingham - easy to get to from motorway. There's a tram stop along the road if you don't feel like driving into the city centre.
We stayed for a weekend to watch an event at the National Watersports Centre. The staff were brilliant - nothing too much trouble. There's a great pub (Nuthall Pub and Kitchen) just along the road too - excellent food.
