Reasonable room, shame about the noise/smell.

Cons: Halls could be cleaner and someone on reception continuously.
We were staying because of a show at Moterpoint Arena, when we arrived we were given a room next to a fire escape which was used by staff of another property as a smoking area, the room smelt and there was continuous banging from the rooms around as well as the bowling alley beneath. Unfortunately we couldn't complain as there wasn't a member of staff on the front desk due to limited hours.

As advertised our reception is open until 9pm on weekdays. 8pm saturday and 6pm on sunday. However we do have the on call manager as advised upon check in. Kind Regards Jodie Hunt
