Central location .. easy check in . Spacious room . Very comfortable . Breakfast included . Hotel was short staffed at breakfast and long wait for some items as had run out of certain hot items on buffet Other than that had a good experience . Hotel car park very tight entrance ... consider NCp next door if you have a large car

Lovely hotel, quite central to the city. Was here on a business trip and there's an NCP garage next door as well as a cheaper private underground car park bookable in advance a short walk away, although the entry/exit ramp is a little narrow. Scuffed the front of my car on the wall quite badly upon leaving. Room was fine although a little warm. The walls were also either very thin or the person in the room next to me a very very loud snorer. Resorted to earplugs in the end. A lavender pillow spray was a nice touch although didn't really combat the snorer next door. Didn't try the restaurant as there as there's plenty of good ones in walking distance. Breakfast was good and the staff very friendly and helpful. As sleeping in earplugs doesn't bother me, I would stay here again.

Hotel room looked tired. I expected the room to be cleaner and not have pigeons nesting outside the window keeping me up all night.

Great location. Big rooms. The place looks like it was swanky about 10 years ago but is showing signs of wear and tear. The staff were friendly. And breakfast was good.

Really lovely hotel. Would definitely stay here again. Only 1 complaint is that the restaurant wasn’t serving food as the chef was catering for a wedding.

The public areas are decorated beautifully. The bedrooms are nice but very small and claustrophobic and feel a little dated, particularly the bathroom. We had to press the flush several times to get it to work, no extractor fan so we were slipping on the floor after a shower, and in the morning on the check-out day the water was cold. The worst part was that the WiFi wasn’t working for us. We were told the staff would reboot the router but I’m not sure that they did. We had no follow-up to check it was working so we had to go without. Luckily, we weren’t staying in that evening. I would have raised these points when we checked out however we weren’t asked how our stay was. Overall I think it was disappointing and we won’t be coming back unfortunately - mostly due to no WiFi and cold shower.
