I thought this hotel was great for the amount I paid. The staff were very friendly & my room was large, clean and really comfortable (I would have liked it if there was a kettle in the room but that wasn’t a huge issue). Breakfast was good quality and available from 6:30 to 10 which is more time than most hotels I’ve stayed in. I thought it had great public transport options but I chose to walk as it wasn’t that far to the castle. I was genuinely really happy with my stay and would stay again.

Freundlicher Service, Rezeption und Frühstück. Hotel im Ganzen in die Jahre gekommen. Für ei en kurzen Aufenthalt zu empfehlen.

Because the hallways is not a sound dampens carpet (laminate coating), steps( shoe heels) at night disturbs.The cleanliness of the bathroom floor was bad. Breakfast was better during Noris.

Hübsches Hotel in Zentrumsnähe

Ein hübsches Hotel in guter Nähe zur Nürnberger Innenstadt. Wir haben nur dort geschlafen und sonst nichts im Hotel genutzt. Zimmer war sehr geräumig und sauber. Kostenfrei parken kann man in den umliegenden Nebenstraßen, falls ein Plätzchen frei ist. Im Umkreis von 5min Fußweg lässt sich auf jeden Fall etwas finden. Ich würde jederzeit wieder im Centro buchen.

Viele Zuzahlungen

Ich habe ein Zimmer mit Balkon gebucht über trivago Suchmaschinen dann wurde ich weiter geleitet es waren verschiedene Zimmer zur Auswahl aber keines wurde mit Balkon deklariert also hab ich ein deluxe zimmer gebucht weil ich davon ausgehe das alle Zimmer Balkon haben bei der Ankunft musste ich nochmal 20 euro Aufpreis bezahlen für ein Balkon... 14 Euro Standard Frühstück sehr überteuert.... Mini bar war alles kosten leider ist da nur ein kleiner Flasche Wasser und eine Apfelschorle drin gewesen.... Der bezahlte Balkon hatte keinerlei Sitzgelegenheiten die Fliesen waren teilweise raus gesprungen und wackelig die Heizung neben dem Bett hat gepfiffen Kaffeemaschine war defekt ein Haufen Mängel für ein teuer bezahltes Zimmer..... Sehr enttäuschend war auch das Personal an der Rezeption die natürlich keinerlei Interesse an meinen Anliegen zeigte und nur wollte das ich aufpreis bezahle.....
