Freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Das Zimmer sehr schön eingerichtet, sieht alles sehr neu aus. Allgemein scheint das Hotel noch ziemlich neu zu sein.

Sehr modern eingerichtet, scheint alles noch sehr neu zu sein. Bett sehr bequem. Bad sehr schön. Zimmer bietet ausreichend Platz. Positiv war, dass auch eine kleine Küche mit Kühlschrank und Mikrowelle vorhanden war. Kleiner Nachteil, der Tisch im Zimmer war etwas klein.

Sehr schönes Hotel/Zimmer mit gutem Preis/Leistungsverhältnis. Lage ist ideal um mit der U-Bahn in die Innenstadt zu kommen. Das Viertel in dem sich das Hotel befindet ist leider an sich nichts schönes. Direkt vor dem Hotel wird gerade gebaut was mich persönlich aber nicht gross gestört hat. Die Rezeption wirkte öfters unterbesetzt und es haben sich teilweise längere Schlangen gebildet. Auch empfand ich das Personal nicht als sonderlich freundlich (vielleicht mal nicht die Augen verdrehen wenn ein Gast zu einem unpassenden Zeitpunkt an der Rezeption auftaucht...). Aufpassen: Bons fürs Gratisgetränk wenn man auf die Zimmerreinigung verzichtet sollen angeblich nur am selben Tag gültig sein, was aber nirgends vermerkt war.

Das Hotel ist toll und schön eingerichtet und es sind schöne Zimmer. Etwas getrübt wurde unser Erlebnis durch die unfreundliche Mitarbeiterin an der Rezeption.
