Loved our stay! Beautiful hotel and grounds. If not doing all inclusive prices are expensive, if they lowered them a bit it would encourage non AI guests to stay and eat at the resort! We upgraded to The Level Junior Suite and service, definitely recommended in peak season! The pool area is very relaxing compared to the main pool. My only negative was the spa, very poor quality of treatments, room was too bright, no blinds or candles which is the niceness of doing hotel spas and freezing! Kept asking for aircon to be turned off as I was really cold during my 80 min treatment and the therapist kept putting it back on! Very expensive compared to outside the resort, my facial and massage on a special deal cost 800,000, you could get it for under 200,000 outside the resort! Other than that we loved everything! Breakfast in the Sorrento was lovely and you could have food from El Patio as well as A La Carte and the staff look after you well. Outside the resort, recommend Bumbu Bali in Benoa, very nice Balinese restaurant. Bali Collection is a 5 min walk and has a selection of shops and restaurants that were okay but not fantastic! We also booked a driver for the day for around £45 which was tiring but well worth it!

Melia hotel

The room had a musty smell and I had to wash everything on my return, all the staff were very sweet and couldn't do enough for us

Zweiwöchiger Aufenthalt im Melia Bali

Die ganze riesige Hotelanlage war sehr gepflegt und sauber. Es waren sehr viele Mitarbeiter um unser Wohl bemüht und haben Wünsche innerhalb kürzister Zeit erfüllt. Man wurde vom jedem Mitarbeiter den man auf den Gängen antraf, stets freundlich und lächelnd begrüsst. Der Service in den verschiedenen Restaurant war sehr gut und effizient- wie auch das Essen. Das Morgenbuffet war auswahlreich und sehr fein. Die Zimmer waren sehr sauber, sie wurden täglich gründlich geputzt. Allgemein, ein sehr schönes Hotel. Einziger Nachteil: Es gab sehr viele chinesische Hotelgäste, die durch ihr Benehmen, sei es am Tisch oder am Strand, negativ auffielen.

Erholsame Ferien

Ein sehr grosses Hotel direkt am Strand bietet viel Activities durch den Tag. Nur wenige Minuten davon entfernt, befindet sich das Bali Collection mit vielen Bars und Restaurants. Ansonsten liegt der Ort Nusa Dua sehr weit vom Zentrum (Kuta) entfernt.(30 Minuten mit dem Taxi). Zum erholen ist dieses Hotel genau richtig und die Ortschaft. Will man jedoch am Abend etwas unternehmen wie Clubs oder Bars mit Stimmung, sollte man eine andere Region wählen.

heel mooi gezinsvakantie

Wij verbleven als gezin met 3 kids. Melia Bali heeft een goede ligging. De duplexkamer is ideaal voor gezinnen. Een moderne douche had welkom geweest in plaats van een douche in de badkuip met gordijn waarbij een deel van de badkamer nat wordt. Ideale ligging, super ontbijt, een tuin die je gewoon zelf moet gezien hebben (mooier dan op de foto's), zeer vriendelijk personeel en lekkere restaurants in het hotel. Kortom: een aanrader
