A very nice beach hotel

The hotel is extremely pretty, with lovely gardens and many freeform swimming pools around all of the buildings. It creates quite an intimate feel for a big hotel. The beach is long and sandy with views to other islands and is great for swimming at high tide, but at low tide the water goes right out leaving rock pools where the locals collect various sea creatures for the cooking pot. The food is excellent but the alcohol is quite expensive.

L'accueil et la politesse de tous les collaborateurs. Toute les équipes que ce soit à la piscine ou la plage, à la réception, et dans les restaurants sont vraiment à l'écoute des desideratas des clients, de plus avec le sourire. Les piscines, grandes et nombreuses sont très bien entretenues.Le buffet du petit déjeuner est très varié et d'excellente qualité. Le seul bémol que je pourrais trouver à ce splendide hotel a trait à la restauration 'à la carte' de ses restaurants dont la qualité de la cuisine n'est pas tout à fait à la hauteur des prestations hôtelières malgré des prix "5 étoiles". Pour le reste le top du top.

Einfach perfekt

Wir gingen in für einen Herbsturlaubaus Europa Bali und wir waren wirklich auf dem hohen Standart des Hotels beeindruckt. Es ist wunderschön , atemberaubend. Das Personal ist unglaublich, immer zur Verfügung , um zu helfen . Der Blick auf unser Zimmer zum Garten , aber wir ein kostenloses Upgrade auf die Aussicht auf den See , die erstaunlich ist, bekam . Was wir am meisten liebte, war , dass wir für den Tee auf dem Zimmer zu einem bestimmten Zeitpunkt nur wünschen kann , und es kostenlos war . Es ist mit Abstand einer der höchsten Standards Hotel haben wir mit anständigen Lebensmittelpreise waren ( für einen touristischen Standort) und erstaunliche Erfahrung. 5 Sterne! kann es sehr empfehlen

Hôtel un peut vieux au niveau des chambres les repas ainsi que boissons sont hors de prix hôtel avec plus de chambres que de transats sur la plage bref rapport qualité prix ont trouve beaucoup mieux surtout a Bali.

In accordance with local regulations, all visitors must remain within the property during Seclusion Day (Nyepi)/Hindu New Year for a 24-hour period (starting at 6 AM). Seclusion Day typically falls in March or April (dates subject to change each year). Check-in and check-out will not be possible on that date. Ngurah Rai Airport (Bali International Airport) is also closed on Seclusion Day.
