Okay but could do with certain improvement

Pros: Location and the shuttle facilities
Cons: Take guests further with the Shuttle
Location: A little out of town but understandable
Okay but could improve with more support from the staff.

Anon. Thank you for your review. In regards to our shuttle, we used to be more relaxed on where we took our guests (anywhere in a 3-mile radius), but due to over-commitment of our shuttles, it became difficult to provide a consistent and reliable service to our guests. After we changed to just 4 location (the most desired locations) our shuttle service became one of the best and most reliable shuttles in Oakland. See you again next time! :)

Excellent location!

Great location! Right next to Fishermans Wharf and Pier 30. Trams and busses ran right by the hotel so it was easy to get downtown and Chinatown. Loved the hotels decor and rooms looked great! There wasn't a restaurant on sight but they had a cool food truck in their court yard. There was restaurants and diners near by so there was other options too. Our room was nice but it could have been cleaned a bit better before we arrived. There was other peoples dirty clothes on the floor. Other than that everything was fine.

I'm a little confused by your review, as that doesn't sound like our location at first (as we are not in San Francisco, and we are about 15 miles away from Fisherman's Wharf), but then you finish by stating there is a Taco Truck outside (which is true). In the case you did stay with us, thank you! We are glad you enjoyed your stay. :)
