Hotel decoration is a little dated but the room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was very disappointing. The food is good but we had to wait 30 minutes for a table the second day, without being offered any refreshment, only to find out that the buffet was pretty much empty. The breakfast staff wasn't very service orientated. Reception staff was very friendly and helpful. On balance, hotel in a convenient location with good views and comfortable but on the pricey side.

business stay, good value, helpful staff

late night arrival and early morning departure but very well maintained compared to some of the competition Oban. all in all a pleasant surprise and very helpful staff
