Dear Jessica, thanks a lot for staying with us and for your kind feedback! We're sorry to read your disappointment. Due to Covid 19, we had to change several services such as the breakfast one. Now is a served buffet where 80% of the items are displayed (covered) and served by 2 restaurant team members behind the buffet desk, leaving beverages, omelets and other express cooked items as served at the table by other restaurant team members. Being aware that this new-must breakfast could slow down the service, we added an extra hour to the frame of the breakfast time which is actually 7 to 11 am (4 hours). We really hope to have you as guest again in the future here at Doubletree by Hilton Olbia Sardinia! Kind regards
