Pleasent enough for the price! I paid £140 for 4 nights so really can't complain. Plenty of parking, nice staff giving me plenty of free buscuits when I arrived late. Kettle, comfy bed and clean sheets.

Nice staff and good place to stop for a night. Room was basic and fairly clean. It’s just unfortunate that the location is in Oldham. Security is good though, loads of cameras and gated access.

Very rude and racist staff at the reception desk.

I can not believe that type of staff who are rude and racist are serving in a hotel in the UK.

Good afternoon, I can assure you our staff are not racist. We have all different cultres, classes and creeds staying and working with us. We would not let you in as you had only booked the room for four people and you wanted five to stay. This was explained that it broke fire saftey regulations having extra people in the room. Very bad hotel

After multiple experiences using hotels due to holidays I have never ever been asked to show ID, they have always asked for me to just confirm my name and address without giving any actual proof. Then when I couldn't provide any ID, because I didn't have any on me, they said I couldn't stay at the hotel. To add to this ridiculousness and frustrating experience, they refused to give me a refund for the room that I paid for - 5 days later, they are still refusing to give my money back. How can popular hotels like Travelodge allow customers to stay without providing ID but a small unknown measly hotel like this one make such a big deal out of it? Simply outrageous. Will not use this company ever again.

We take ID off all guests to adhere to our fire safety regulations and to ensure all guests are over the age of 18. I am sorry if the inconvenienced you.
