We were in block 5 which needs some attention. Our safe didn't work but this was sorted immediately. Little bugs in the room and though towels and bed sheets were changed the room wasn't swept for a whole week and the bathroom didn't appear to of been cleaned for 2 weeks. Also trouble with the key cards. On a positive note we found the staff very friendly and the pool area was lovely.
