    I had a horrible experience with this property, from the point of booking it to my stay there. It falsely advertised its nightly room rate on Expedia, then tacked on a bunch of additional fees through the booking process. When I tried to cancel my booking immediately, the hotel was extremely difficult to reach, and refused to help me when I did. Directions to access my room were overly complicated and confusing, with missing information in the form of a map that was supposed to be provided but was not attached with the instructions. When I located and accessed my key fob, I quickly found that it did not work, which made parking and getting into the building extremely difficult. When I called customer service for help, I was put on hold for an extended period of time, and when I did finally reach someone, they were unable to help me out. I eventually received help from a kind tenant who let me into the building. At that point, I was afraid to leave the building for fear of not being able to get back in. The room was fine and clean, but after all the hassle of getting to it, I certainly wasn't able to enjoy my stay. Nor did it help that the property was located adjacent to railroad tracks, so I was woken up multiple times at night from passing trains. I have never had such a terrible hotel experience and would strongly caution others before considering this hotel.

    The key was NOT in the box as the directions directed. Horrible customer service! Couldn't get ahold of anyone for hours and I just sat outside for THREE hours and ended up giving up as I was late to my wedding. So unbelievably displeased!!

    Check in procedure was complicated. But the apartment was worth comong back to. Everything we needed was provided except coffee. It would have been nice to have some coffee and filters to go with the coffeemaker.

    What a HORROR

    These are small rental apartments in a resident owned condominium. The units are the lease desirable, back of building along Interstate 4 and a commuter rail line. The head of my bed was less than 20 feet from a train that ran all night. Checkin was miserable. Stop at building #1 and enter a code to get to a storage locker where the key was NOT in the lock box. Park in an adjacent deck, rooftop only. My truck did NOT FIT through one of the entrances and my Parking Pass was EXPIRED. THE FIRST UNIT I CHECKED IN TO WAS FILTHY with DIRTY Towles and Unmade Beds. I was directed to another unit by a very nice lady in MIAMI. The furnishings were IKEA at best and nothing was even close to comfortable. NEVER AGAIN!!

    HORRIBLE!! My experience was horrible & unsafe for my family and two minor children. The communication and check in process was absurd. Only 1 phone # and its in Miami, no one on site, no local contact person. After the 6 step check in process with inaccurate instructions, we were able to gain entry to the apartment. EVERY door/gate in this place has a key FOB entry with some requiring the FOB to exit (pool, all garage). Once you get out of the door, you only get back in w/ the key FOB. When we went back to the parking garage to gather our stuff with a 6 y/o & 11 y/o, the Key FOB didn't work.We tried every level/door in the garage, couldn't get out of the parking garage until someone let us back in.By this time, we were 4 hrs into trying to check into this apart. I called the only # mult. times, was left on hold for 55 min, DC'd etc.... I did demand for this to be fixed since I needed to be-able to get IN TO & OUT OF the complex. Nuovo's fix was to move us to an identical set-up 8 ml away, which I wouldn't trust at all. I threatened to report them for safety violations. I then rec. a call from Prop Manager who told me she would have the Key FOB replaced in the am and refund my $. I agreed to that since we wouldn't have to move our kids. The next day I never heard from the Prop. Manager despite multiple calls. I called Expedia to report Nuovo and was told that Nuovo responded that I had refused to be moved the previous night and that they did not offer a new FOB& refund.
