Family holiday to Universal theme parks

Excellent hotel. We booked a double queen suite and were impressed with the room size, more than han adequate for a family of 4 with two teenagers. We were lucky enough to have a view over the theme parks. The staff were very friendly and helpful. When we stayed the hotel was undergoing renovations but it was carried out in a concientious manner and caused minimal disruption. The location is ideal for Universal theme parks, either an easy 20 minute walk or you can get the free shuttle from the hotel. Plenty of restaurants nearby but the evening socials offered food which while basic was still tasty and worth trying.
