We requested a lake view room, only to realize that meant that it you pushed yourself up against the window and looked far to your left you could see some of the lake. Otherwise our actual view was of the roof of the building. In our room we were told there was a microwave, of which there was none. There was a coffee pot and a large refrigerator but if you needed to heat up a meal you had to go down to the lobby and use a community microwave in the little cafe. Our floor was absolutely FEEEZING as soon as you stepped off the elevator. I swear there was only one out of 4 elevators that actually came to our floor and on the day we left we had to wait over 15 minutes anytime we came up or down. The bell men were awesome and the staff was nice, but I am glad we were only staying one night. Not what I would've expected from a Wyndham property.
