Loved the hotel by way of location and really friendly staff. The only issue we had was that there was a competition being held in the area at the weekend and we had a lot of noise from the adjoining room that was full of kids! Apart from that the hotel was fantastic, we will definitely be returning.

Ok hotel

Booked this hotel as our hotel to the Keys was cancelled because of hurricane Irma. Knew the hotel as we had been here 15yrs previously. Reception tried hard to give us adjacent rooms but was unable to do so. Rooms were large and comfy with a great bed but the smallest pillows ever!! Pool are nice but with obvious signs of there being bad weather. We were here 3 days and on the last day the pool was a cloudy colour which was very off putting. Overall good stay but needs a bit of TLC

Great location, next to all most popular attractions like Universal Studios and Disney World. The staff is very friendly and helpful. We had a great stay and will surely book this hotel again for our next stay in Orlando.
