Really pleasant stay.. Hotels location is superb, Dotonbori is a few mins away, train station is close and not to forget Namba walk (there is a starbucks). Hotel was nice, and so was the staff. We stayed in the premium room on 13th floor, it was nice enough with the necessary commodities. Breakfast is not included in the rooms price, and tbh it is kinda pricey. Admittedly the ingredients are fresh and there is some selection to choose from and egg of ur choise that is cooked from order. And ofcourse the staff working with the breakfast, really nice :)
