Errare humanum, perseverare diabolicum est. Es wurde bei meiner Ankunft im Hotel (gegen 21.30 h) behauptet, dass sie keine Reservation von mir hätten. Die nette junge Frau an der Reception meinte sogar, dass das Hotel nicht mit ebookers arbeite. Man kenne ebookers in Norwegen nicht usw. usw. Trotz mehrfacher Bestätigung der Hotelreservation durch ebookers, die ich vorweisen konnte und obwohl ich schon im Voraus bezahlt hatte, müsse ich den Beweis erbringen, dass ich wirklich reserviert und bezahlt hätte. usw. usw. Ich dürfe aber provisorisch im Hotel bleiben. Am Schluss - kurz vor Abflug - kam heraus bzw. fand ich heraus, dass es sich um “einen menschlichen Fehler beim Hoteldesk” gehandelt hätte. Keine spontane Entschuldigung des Hotels.

Palohälytyksen käynnistyessä välillä 3-4 aikaan aamuyöllä, emme saaneet minkäänlaista informaatiota henkilökunnalta, että miten tulisi toimia ja minne mennä - ei edes mitään kuulutuksia. Myöskään jälkikäteen ei tiedotettu asiasta mitään tai edes mainittu. Tällä kertaa henkilökunnan toiminta oli välinpitämätöntä, vaikka kyseessä olisi ollut vikahälyytys. Muutoin majoittuminen sujui kelvollisesti.
