Dear Sir, We thank you for the review that can be costructive. With regard to the toilet seat and the sink, you could have asked to the reception and we would have informed the maintainer to solve the problem. About the laundry service, unfortunately, it is an external service of a professional laundry, who pick up the clothes, whas them, iron them and deliver them, therefore the price is higher than a self service laundry, where you have to invest your time for a few hours, while with an external service you don’t have any problem. The caution of swimming towels is just a measure that we take to avoid losses riferring to some unpleasant events in the past, anyway is a service that we charge on the room but that we delate on check-out time when you give the towels back. All the experiences that you can see on the website are external services that guests can do inside or outside the Masseria depending on availability and also on a minimum of partecipants. Our aim is to give people the possibility to carry out a range of activities on the territory and our assistance to organize them. We hope to host you again and perhaps make you change your mind.
