Disappointing value for money. Don’t waste your money on EXECUTIVE rooms, they are just bigger, not better. Very restricted view from our room (A Brick Wall) and a very dated and tired bathroom. Mould, Scale and dirt on the grout and a bath so small you can’t lay down. This room made us want to go out, not stay in and relax.

Great value hotel, good location

We came to Oxford for one evening stay and had an event on in the evening. The hotel is about 7 minutes from the station (about a 5-7£ car ride) and was much cheaper than the central hotels. Takes about 30 minutea to walk into the centre, really nice walk. Theres a brunch place along the way to stop by. Hotel is super clean and has everythig you need. Staff is helpful and lovely.

Good Value, well positioned hotel

This was my 2nd time to stay in this hotel - the bedroom was very roomy, on the ground floor overlooking the garden in a quiet part of the hotel. The 24 hour bar for residents was a definite plus point as was the comprehensive and competitively priced breakfast and evening meals. There was a degree of confusion by the front office staff both on arrival and again on departure on my ability to use a BW Gift card to settle my expenses but this was eventually sorted out. Given the size of the hotel, an exercise room equipped with treadmills and exercise bicycles with perhaps some weights would have been advantageous.

Not impressed

This hotel did not meet the standard expected of this particular chain. We were advised that our room would be ready at 2 pm. It was not in fact ready until after 4pm - no apologies, offers of refreshments and no one offered to escort us when it was eventually ready. We were treated with complete disregard and the manager appeared flustered and incompetent. The breakfast was the final straw - at nearly £6 per head extra for a bowl of cereal and almost inedible bread. We paid over the odds for shoddy customer service.

2-Tages Ausflug

Schade das man nicht über die baustelle im Hotel informiert wurde... Die Hotelteile die jedoch schon neu waren sahen echt gute aus. 2 min von einer Bushaltestelle entfernt, bei welcher ständig ein bus richtung zentrum fährt! English breakfast leider vom buffet, aber ansonsten kann nicht geklagt werden!
