Dear Denise, Thank you very much for your honest and great feedback. We are glad that we could make your stay a special experience! However, we apologize if the receptionist could not give you the information you needed. To be fair the come comes every 8 to 10 minutes and it is just one line, therefore an exact time table with specific hours is usually not necessary. I will address this to the team in order to avoid any confusion in the future! According to your positive review we hope to welcome you back at Hawkwell soon!
